Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by Bakipy LLC ("BAKIPY") via the website https://bakipy.us. By subscribing to our services, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Services offered

BAKIPY offers the creation and hosting of professional websites as a monthly subscription. The service includes:

  • Website design and development
  • Hosting on a dedicated server
  • Domain name included (client.bakipy.site subdomain or custom domain)
  • Basic SEO optimization
  • Content updates on request
  • Email support

3. Pricing and billing

The subscription price is $100/month, all taxes included. Billing is monthly and automatically charged on the subscription anniversary date. Prices may change; any pricing change will be notified to the customer one month in advance.

4. Duration and cancellation

The subscription has no minimum duration. The customer may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period. Cancellation is done by email at direction@bakipy.us. No partial refund is granted for a month in progress.

5. Delivery times

The initial go-live is targeted within 7 business days of receiving the necessary materials (text, images, business information). This timeline may vary depending on project complexity.

6. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information, to respond to requests in a reasonable time, and to ensure that provided content complies with applicable law (copyright, image rights, etc.). BAKIPY cannot be held responsible for content provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual property

As long as the subscription is active, the customer holds a license to use the website. In case of cancellation, BAKIPY retains rights to the structure and code of the site. The customer retains ownership of content (text, images) provided during creation.

8. Limitation of liability

BAKIPY strives to ensure optimal service availability. In case of interruption due to external events (hosting outage, force majeure), BAKIPY cannot be held responsible. BAKIPY liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the last 3 months.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of BAKIPY head office jurisdiction.
